When will my order arrive?
Our fairies dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3–5 days after that. If your sparkle’s taking a scenic route, email us and we’ll chase it down like a rhinestone bloodhound.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link. Refresh it obsessively—we do.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but our fairies are lobbying for broomstick upgrades. For now, we sparkle across the UK.

How do I care for my sparkly products?
Treat them like royalty. Keep away from water, direct sunlight, and overly curious pets. If you wouldn’t do it to a unicorn (or a fairy’s wings), don’t do it to your sparkle.

Is everything handmade?
Absolutely. Each item is crafted by real humans with glitter in their veins. Our fairies oversee quality control with rhinestone magnifying glasses.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Instead of a refund, you’ll receive store credit to your Marshall Sparkles account—because your sparkle journey isn’t over, it’s just evolving.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us with photos and your order number. Our fairies will investigate (probably dramatically) and make it right.

What if my dog steals my glitter?
It happens more than you’d think. Send us a photo—we won’t replace it, but we will feature your pup as “Sparkle Bandit of the Week.”

What if I sparkle too hard?

Can I submit a canvas design?
Yes! If we publish your design, we’ll send you a free copy of your masterpiece. Email your creation to info@marshallsparkles.co.uk and include your name,(TikTok Name) inspiration, and any glittery backstory.
