Final Sale Shipping Policy

  1. Final Sale Items All products purchased from Marshall Sparkles are considered final sale. This means that we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law. Please ensure that you review product descriptions and specifications carefully before making your purchase.

  2. Shipping Details

    • In Stock orders will be processed and shipped within  3-5 business days

    • Print-to-Order Shipping Policy
      All print-to-order canvases are carefully produced and dispatched within 2–4 weeks, allowing time for both printing and drying to ensure the highest quality.
      Please note: seasonal holidays in China may occasionally cause slight delays. Any such disruptions will be clearly communicated on the homepage of our website, so you’ll always be kept informed.
       

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence and will work with you to resolve the issue. This exception does not apply to items damaged through misuse or improper handling.
