Our Print-To-Order (PTO) Diamond Painting Kits are processed within 1-2 business days and then move into production, which typically takes 1 weeks to complete. Considering weekends and holidays, your order should arrive within 2-4 weeks after purchase, though some delays may occur during peak holiday periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email or/and a text message with tracking information for your convenience.

Our PTO are shipped with a company called Equick and you are able to download a free app called 17track which allows you to follow the shipping process. 

Our Print to Order section is designed to make your shopping experience seamless and convenient.

By working with our factory directly, we ensure access to a vast range of Diamond paintings without the hassle of Marshall Sparkles bulk purchasing for “in stock” items which could lead to not selling and being left with stock, unable to purchase more.

When you place an order, the item is printed especially for you and shipped straight from my factory to your doorstep, reducing handling time and costs.
