Our Print‑to‑Orders Diamond Painting are non‑refundable, as they begin processing immediately after purchase.

Processing takes 1–2 business days, production about 1 week, and delivery usually arrives within 2–4 weeks depending on weekends and holidays.

You’ll receive tracking by email or text once your order ships.
We use various shipping partners, so the carrier may differ per order. You can track your parcel using the free 17track app.
